A.Grant, and expedition has been sent ' for check of its statement that Nile follows from lake Victoria-Njantsa '. After a while Spek has made the way in depth of continent, to one of the rivers running into lake Victoria, has bypassed a West side of lake and saw falls Ripon. Here in what expressions it has summed up the work:
' So, expedition has executed the task. I was personally convinced that ancient Nile follows from the lake Victoria-Njantsa which are as I and predicted, its source. However to me was very sick to think, that because of the big delays and loss of time I am deprived pleasure to pass to a northeast corner of lake Njantsa that most to look to a channel which as speak, connects it to other lake where the tribe vaganda goes behind salt and whence at the north other river follows... On the other hand, I knew, that I have nothing to complain... After all I have personally seen a good few of lake and have collected data on its other half so I have received full representation about it, anyway from the point of view of main geographically important purposes put to me.
