The plan has been successfully executed. Both groups have incorporated to Missouri and on September, 23rd, 1806 have returned to Saint Louis. By their calculations, they have done only in one direction of 4134 miles, in a return direction Lewis, going shorter by, has done, considering from a mouth of Missouri to Pacific ocean, 3555 miles.
