In 1869 Rolfe has passed from Tripoli in Sivu and Alexandria. In 1874 it has returned to Libyan desert and has undertaken large expedition in Sivu. In 1878 it again, this time with SHtrekerom, has arrived to Tripoli on purpose to get in Vadai, but has managed to reach only oases Cufra. It was last expedition Rolfsa. Hardly it is possible to name it the scientific traveller in strict sense of this word, but it during the shestnadtsatiletnih travel has opened many absolutely unknown areas of Africa.
